This one room apartment is located in renovated Austrian house, on the main avenue of the city, a major point to start sightseeing. Nearby there are many cafes, several nightclubs. In a minute there are all places of interest. At the entrance of the house there is a code lock, apartment has armoured door. This flat is comfortably situated in the heart of the city, decorated with modern appliances, new furniture. It is fully equipped with everything for comfortable stay. The apartment has high ceilings, front windows. The bedroom has double king size bed, sofa bed for one person, large wardrobe for your luggage, dresser, LCD-TV set. Bathroom is clean, with a bathtub. Cozy modern kitchen with dining area where guests can spend time chating with friends. There are all necessary appliances for cooking: refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, microwave oven, electric kettle. The kitchen also has plasma TV set. Wi-Fi Internet and cable TV. There are also: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. All clean and fresh bed linen, towels and kitchen utensils. Parking is available next to the house on the street. Price: 1-2 guests – 400 UAH per day, 3 - 450.
